CUBE-ME’s project team has all the necessary equipment like generator, compressor, air receiver, air assisted airless spray pump, spray guns, fuel & chemical hand pumps,Aluminum scaffolding’s, halogen lamps, etc.,for site application of High voltage insulator coatings.
We do undertake the application for High voltage cable Fire Retardant Coating on turnkey basis. Our Applicators are Trained by the Manufactures to apply the material as specified.
Fireproofing, A Passive fire protection measure, subject to bounding, refers to the act of making materials or structures more resistant to fire, or to those materials themselves. Applying a bounded fireproofing system to certain structures allows these to have a fire-resistance rating.
We employ spray / hand application of Fire rated material to the structural joists, floor roof assemblies and columns of a building structure. Steel starts to bend and cause the collapse of building when it reaches a temperature of 800 to 1000 Deg F. Fire proofing can prevent this damage for a given period of time there by to evacuate the inmates and to prevent the collapse of building.

Stopping is the containment of fire or smoke through rated assemblies by the application of tested fire rated assemblies. There are four primary types of openings or joints associated with fire and smoke resistive rated assemblies, to which tested fire stopping systems may be applied to prevent the spread of fire, smoke or gases.
We execute the internal wet area waterproofing for ablution area, balcony etc. with Liquid water proofing membrane and self-adhesive membrane. We also execute the repair maintenance of exiting waterproofing system.
